MICHAEL SIMONS

My testimony is one of the so-called “boring” ones: being raised in church (First Alliance Church), got saved lots of times as a kid, and eventually decided to make my faith my own and continue growing my relationship with my Savior. But, my life has been far from boring—I’ve been given many opportunities to serve and glorify God through music.

One of those opportunities was 814 Worship. My name was given to the group by the leader of another band I was in, and I showed up two weeks before the very first show (which had been planned over the course of an entire year) right when a 2nd keyboard player was needed.
